On 22nd September, GTWN President Europe and EIC Scaling Club Council member, Victoria Hernandez, along with GTWN Global President Candace Johnson, hosted an evening gathering in Athens to celebrate the EIC Scaling Club. This flagship, EC-funded program plays a vital role in supporting Europe’s most promising innovators in scaling their businesses, helping them to address major global challenges.

We also took the opportunity to announce the Global Telecom Women Network (GTWN) theme for the upcoming year: Digital Humanism. This theme is a paramount subject aligned with Europe’s vision for a democratic society founded on human values and is closely tied to the EU’s Digital Decade initiative (https://lnkd.in/d74XV43k).

Victoria was joined by EISMEA executives, EIC Scaling Club mentors Letitia Latino, Laureen Cook, Candace Johnson, and Carla Cico (not pictured), together with EIC Council members and other mentors. The event was graciously hosted by Maria Hala, Greek Angel Investor and entrepreneur, at her beautiful home in Athens.
